Our Louisville office is currently seeking a successful candidate to fill a staff plumbing/fire protection designer level position; 10+ years’ experience preferred in the design of plumbing and fire protection systems for buildings. The applicant shall demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and/or REVIT software (REVIT preferred), Microsoft Office, and an understanding of the national standard plumbing codes, building codes, and NFPA codes in regard to plumbing and fire protection system design. The designer will work directly with senior staff to develop plans and specifications for the construction of plumbing and fire protection systems.
This position requires the engineer/designer to perform all aspects of engineering as it relates to individually assigned projects. This is inclusive of, but not limited to, the following:
