This hands-on role involves mentoring apprentices, coordinating schedules, ensuring code compliance, and maintaining clear communication with general contractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading plumbing crews or field teams.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installation practices.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum age of 18 required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead plumbing crews across multiple projects
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, and materials
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and code requirements
• Maintain strong communication with GCs, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
• Enforce safety standards and job site compliance
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing and installation issues
• Mentor and develop apprentices and junior team members
• Support hiring, training, and team growth
