Qualifications

• A minimum of three (3+) years of residential plumbing estimation experience.
• Must have a mechanical aptitude.
• Must have a valid CA driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate time, cost, and labor estimates for plumbing projects.
• Collaborate with Plumbing Installers and Service Plumbers to ensure client satisfaction.
• Track sales statistics and profit/loss margins.

Skills

Residential plumbing estimation experience

Knowledge of California plumbing codes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to perform physically demanding work
