Job summary

Town & Country Services in Tonica, IL seeks an analytical Plumbing Estimator for full-time work onsite. You will evaluate projects on site, prepare detailed estimates, and help secure new business by delivering accurate bids and reliable pricing.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, coordinating with vendors, and communicating with homeowners throughout the project. A background in plumbing estimation and sales experience is valued; ServiceTitan familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in residential or light commercial plumbing or related role.
Proficiency reading blueprints, technical specs, and isometric drawings.
Familiarity with estimating tools or software.
Analytical mindset with strong math skills.
State journeyman or master plumber license would be beneficial.
Sales experience selling to residential homeowners or contractors is desired.
Experience with trade-specific estimating software like ServiceTitan is preferred.

Responsibilities

Visit residential and light-commercial sites to evaluate repair, retrofit, and installation projects and generate cost estimates.
Secure more business by presenting competitive bids and negotiating quotes.
Attend to customers during the project and answer questions to keep them informed.
Coordinate with suppliers to verify lead times and obtain material quotes.
Work with installers, dispatchers, and project managers to complete projects on time and meet expectations.
