Town & Country Services in Illinois is seeking an experienced Estimator/Estimator-Sales professional to evaluate residential and light commercial plumbing projects. You will read blueprints, analyze specifications, and prepare detailed takeoffs with cost estimates.

You will present competitive bids to homeowners and business owners, maintain client communication through project lifecycles, and coordinate with installers and suppliers to ensure accurate lead times and profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential or light commercial plumbing in estimator or sales roles.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and isometric drawings.
• Experience with estimating software (ServiceTitan or similar).
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Journeyman or master plumber license is a plus; sales experience with residential/commercial clients is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Visit residential and light commercial sites for project evaluation and takeoffs.
• Inspect plumbing systems and assess layout requirements.
• Analyze blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications; prepare detailed material takeoffs with accurate scope and costs.
• Calculate labor, materials, equipment, and permit expenses.
• Use estimating software (ServiceTitan or similar) for bid preparation.
• Research vendor pricing and secure competitive quotes.
• Present competitive bid packages to homeowners & business owners.
• Coordinate with installers, dispatchers, and project managers to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
