Job summary

The Encompass Group in Indianapolis is seeking a Plumbing Design Engineer (B.S. in Mechanical or Civil Engineering) with 5–10 years of plumbing design experience to lead, coordinate, and review projects for educational, healthcare, government, and commercial facilities.

Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, a proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, and familiarity with BIM / Revit.

Qualifications

• Required B.S. in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years experience in plumbing design.
• PE license or CPD preferred.
• Certifications beyond basics are a plus.
• Experience with educational, healthcare, government, or commercial facilities is a plus.
• Knowledge of BIM/Revit is beneficial.
