Apex Service Partners is seeking a Plumbing & Electrical Operations Manager to lead two growing service departments in Elkhart, Indiana. You will report to the General Manager and have autonomy to shape strategy, build high-performing teams, and drive long-term growth.

You will guide operations, improve performance, and implement scalable processes with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Strong people leadership and data-driven decision making are essential for success.

Apex Service Partners is seeking a Plumbing & Electrical Operations Manager to join one of our established brands in Elkhart, Indiana. This is a unique opportunity to lead two growing service departments and play a key role in shaping their future. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll have the autonomy to influence strategy, develop high-performing teams, improve operational performance, and drive long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in service-based industries.
• Proven success leading teams and achieving operational and financial goals.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people.
• Experience driving accountability, performance improvement, and team engagement.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience utilizing data and KPI-driven decision-making.
• ServiceTitan or related software experience is a plus.
• Trades experience is helpful but not required.
