Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in service-based industries.
• Proven ability to grow teams and drive operational excellence.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and people development skills.
• Experience using data to improve performance and decide priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Plumbing and Electrical department leaders and team members.
• Drive operational performance, accountability, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with the General Manager to execute strategic initiatives and growth plans.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build scalable systems and best practices to support growth.
• Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, sales, and field teams to optimize performance.
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts.
• Foster a high-performing, people-first culture focused on development.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are consistently maintained.
