Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Sr Plumbing Designer/Engineer in Fort Lauderdale, FL to drive the complete design of commercial projects from start to finish. The role requires a BS Engineering or equivalent and strong REVIT skills, with an emphasis on codes compliance and effective communication.

Ideal candidates deliver healthcare, high-rise, and hotel projects, work well in teams, and possess excellent client-facing abilities.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience delivering complete design of commercial, healthcare, high-rise, and hotels projects.
• REVIT software proficiency required.
• Completes project designs, drawings, specifications, system studies, calculations, correspondence, survey, code studies, and construction administration as necessary.
• Performs involved and detailed design requirements.
• Working knowledge of current Building Codes.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with good people skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive design from concept to construction for large commercial projects.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and standards throughout design and execution.

• BS Engineering or equivalent
