Jobot is seeking a Plumbing Designer/Engineer for commercial projects in Fort Lauderdale, FL, offering a hybrid work arrangement. You will lead the complete design process from concept through construction administration.

Requirements include a BS Engineering or equivalent, REVIT proficiency, and working knowledge of current Building Codes. Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork are essential; bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complete design of commercial, healthcare, high-rise, and hotel projects.
• REVIT software proficiency required.
• Performs detailed design, drawings, specs, calculations, and construction administration as needed.
• Working knowledge of current Building Codes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete design of commercial, healthcare, high-rise and hotel projects from start to finish.
• Produce designs, drawings, specifications, system studies, calculations, and construction administration.
• Coordinate with project team and consultants to meet requirements and codes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Building Codes and standards.

Plumbing Designer/Engineer (Commercial Projects) - Fort Lauderdale, FL

Seeking a Plumbing Designer/Engineer with experience completing Commercial Projects from Start to Finish.

• BS Engineering or equivalent
• Experience delivering Complete Design of Commercial, Healthcare, High-Rise, and Hotels Projects
• REVIT Software proficiency Required
• Completes project designs, drawings, specifications, system studies, calculations, correspondence, survey, code studies, and construction administration, as necessary.
• Performs involved and detailed design requirements.
• Working knowledge of current Building Codes.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills.
• Team Player with Good People Skills

Preferred, Not Required: Spanish bilingual; Medical Gas Experience; Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD)
