Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Fremont, CA is hiring a full-time Laborer to support plumbers on AMPAM construction projects. You will prepare job sites, move materials, and assist with installation and cleanup under the Foreman’s direction.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 6 months to 1 year of construction experience (prefer plumbing), ability to lift up to 30 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and strong teamwork. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret basic information and align components per blueprints.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 30 pounds and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Team-oriented with the ability to follow Foreman directions and safety rules.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to project sites.
• 6 months to 1 year of construction experience, preferably plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize work sites to support construction activities.
• Clean debris and hazards, transport materials and tools on site.
• Assist in installing sewer pipes, drains, and plumbing components.
• Move materials, load/unload trucks, and assist with layout per blueprints.
• Maintain safe, tidy, and compliant job sites under Foreman direction.
