Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, plumbing, or general labor preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn basic plumbing techniques and construction procedures.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull construction materials and equipment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction equipment preferred.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation to assigned job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist plumbing crews with daily operations on residential construction sites.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize plumbing materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform general labor tasks, including digging trenches, site preparation, and jobsite cleanup.
• Assist with the installation of plumbing pipes, fixtures, and related components under supervision.
• Prepare work areas and ensure materials and equipment are readily available for plumbing crews.
• Remove construction debris and maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments.
• Assist with moving and positioning materials and equipment as needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors, crew leaders, and experienced plumbing technicians.
• Support plumbing crews with miscellaneous tasks to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines.
• Properly use and maintain assigned tools and equipment.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
