Qualifications

• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Jenkins Plumbing Company is seeking a dependable and hardworking Plumbing Associate / Miscellaneous Laborer to support our plumbing operations in the warehouse and field. This position assists plumbers, warehouse personnel, and supervisors with a variety of plumbing, construction, warehouse, and general labor tasks. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, eager to learn, and willing to perform a wide range of duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Load, unload, organize, and transport plumbing materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assemble, solder, and prepare tub and shower valves and other plumbing components.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse, job sites, vehicles, and work areas.
• Receive, stock, and inventory materials and supplies.
• Assist with deliveries and pickups between company locations, vendors, and job sites.
• Dig trenches, move materials, and perform basic construction-related labor as needed.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist with job site preparation and cleanup.
• Perform miscellaneous labor tasks including lifting, carrying, sorting, sweeping, and material handling.
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Support supervisors, warehouse staff, and field personnel with special projects and additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance while representing the company.
