You will develop professional work habits and a pathway to become a Journeyman and Licensed Plumber. No prior experience required—just reliability, a solid work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school student, recent graduate, or entry-level candidate.
• Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Interest in building a long-term career in the trades.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers on commercial job sites.
• Learn to diagnose and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Help install water lines, drains, valves, and commercial-grade equipment.
• Carry materials and set up tools for daily tasks.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Communicate respectfully with team members and customers.
• Learn Florida plumbing code and best practices.
• Show up on time, ready to work and learn.
