Job summary

My Plumber Plus in Manassas, VA is hiring entry-level Plumbing Apprentices who are eager to learn and grow in the plumbing trade. The role starts with a 3–6 month introductory period where apprentices assist on job sites and in the warehouse to gain hands-on experience.

Successful participants may join the Plumbing Academy for further training, including online courses, in-house coaching, and ride-alongs with licensed technicians. Pay starts at $18/hr.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience in warehousing, logistics, or customer service.
• Interest in entering the plumbing trade.
• Clean driving record (no negative points).
• Age 21 years or older preferred.
• Strong initiative and willingness to learn.
• Able to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent attendance and time management.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Willing to cross-train on the dispatch desk.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced plumbing technicians on job sites (including running parts and tools).
• Work in our warehouse to gain foundational knowledge of parts, tools, and operations.
• Participate in online technical courses and in-house training.
• Ride-along with licensed plumbing technicians.
