Job summary

615 Plumbing in the Nashville area is hiring entry-level helpers who want to learn a trade that pays for life. You will ride along with experienced techs, start with faucets and toilets, and progress toward water heaters and diagnostics while earning while you learn.

With no plumbing experience required, we train you from day one. Earn $18–$24/hour, with raises and a path to running your own truck in about a year, plus health insurance, PTO, a 401(k) match, boot allowance, and a mentorship that

• No plumbing experience required — we train you
• Show-up-ready work ethic and dependability
• Good attitude and people skills (you're in customers' homes daily)
• Hungry to learn and coachable
• Valid driver's license + clean-enough record for a company vehicle
• Able to lift gear and stay on your feet
• Pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

You start at $18/hour. As you hit real skill milestones, you earn raises — climbing to $24/hour and then your own truck within a year, on our full technician pay plan. Raises are earned by proving you can do the work, not by clocking time. We'll show you exactly how it works when we meet.
