Prime Plumbing & Drains in Noblesville, IN is seeking an Apprentice-Plumber to learn residential service, diagnostics and repairs under experienced plumbers.

Qualifications

• Previous plumbing or skilled trade experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist licensed plumbers with diagnostics and repairs.
• Install plumbing fixtures such as toilets, faucets, disposals, and water heaters.
• Work on water, drain, and gas piping systems.
• Learn residential plumbing service and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.

Our team works a 4-day schedule, has NO on-call, and receives hands‑on mentorship to grow into licensed plumbers and service technicians.

• Three-day weekends every week
• Four consecutive days off built into the rotation
• Only one Saturday shift per month
• NO ON-CALL

As our team continues to grow, the Saturday rotation will become even less frequent.

What You’ll Do

• Assist licensed plumbers with diagnostics and repairs

Work is primarily residential service with some light commercial work.
