Job summary

T3 Services Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Plumbing Apprentice to join our residential service team. You’ll diagnose plumbing issues, present repair options, and deliver 5-star customer service on every call.

You’ll work a Friday–Tuesday schedule, use ServiceTitan on an iPad, and collaborate with a friendly, family-like team. Valid driver's license and 1+ year plumbing experience are required. We offer competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

1+ years plumbing experience; residential service experience preferred.
Must be available Friday–Tuesday.
Valid driver's license with no major violations in last 3 years.
Ability to use an iPad and ServiceTitan software.
Assist in diagnosing plumbing issues and presenting repair options to customers.
Familiarity with plumbing repair including leak detection, tankless water heaters, water filtration systems, traditional water heaters, plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement.
Passion for residential service plumbing and delivering 5-star customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist in diagnosing plumbing issues and presenting repair options to customers.

Maintain professionalism and cleanliness on job sites.
