Job summary

Power Design is looking for a Plumbing Apprentice to start a new career in construction. You’ll earn while you learn through hands-on experience, with a clear path to becoming a Plumbing Journeyman and, potentially, a manager leading larger projects.

As an apprentice you’ll train with a licensed Journeyman, help install water supply and drainage systems for multifamily and commercial sites, and attend required classes in an official program.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; reliable transportation.
• Able to enroll and participate in an apprenticeship program until completion.
• Willing to learn plumbing codes and safety requirements.
• Physically able to perform the essential functions of the job.

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Motivated individuals who want to learn the mechanical trade and have a high school diploma or GED, as well as reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully register, enroll, and participate in a mechanical apprenticeship program (and remain in good standing) until completion.
• Able to physically perform the essential functions of the job.
• Willing to learn plumbing codes and other construction safety requirements.
