Job summary

Apex Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Air is seeking a driven Plumbing Apprentice to learn the trade by working alongside our experienced plumbers on residential projects in Columbus and surrounding areas.

You will assist with installations, repairs, and maintenance, while receiving on-the-job training and striving to deliver 5-Star service to every customer.

Qualifications

• Prior 2 years of experience, or a completed technical degree.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential plumbing systems.
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials for each job.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at job sites and in company vehicles.
• Learn how to troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide solutions.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
