Job summary

Zoom Drain Delaware is offering an Apprentice Full-Time position that blends paid work with hands-on training. You’ll work alongside technicians, gain real-world plumbing exposure, and participate in our Apprentice to Technician Training Program after a 90-day orientation.

Expect competitive hourly pay starting at $18-$20/hour, with raises upon promotion and bonus opportunities, plus medical benefits, PTO, retirement plan, and company devices as you grow into a technician.

Qualifications

Great customer service skills.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Valid Driver’s License in good standing.
Previous mechanical or plumbing experience, training or on the job.

Responsibilities

Assist Technicians with service calls and shop tasks.
Learn hands-on plumbing skills during the orientation and training program.
Advance to Apprentice to Technician and contribute to the service team.
