Job summary

Zoom Drain Franchise is seeking a Plumbing Apprentice to train on the job and earn while you learn. You will work alongside technicians, gain hands-on experience on service calls and in the shop, and participate in a structured Apprentice to Technician Training Program.

Starting pay is $18–$20 per hour with opportunities for promotion, bonuses, and career advancement. Benefits include medical, PTO, retirement plans, and company devices. No prior experience required beyond a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship program with 90-day orientation and progression to Technician.
• Customer service and basic mechanical or plumbing exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians on service calls and in the shop.
• Learn hands-on plumbing skills from industry professionals.
• Progress from Apprentice to Technician and join the service team after training.
