re:fab is a full-service painting and renovation company with 33+ years of growth, seeking a Plumber for an upcoming commercial project in Rehoboth Beach, DE. You’ll work independently, troubleshoot, and deliver high-quality service.

You will read blueprints, install and repair pipes in commercial and residential facilities, and handle emergencies. Must carry liability, auto, workers comp insurances and hold a valid plumbing license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Plumber.
• Valid plumbing license as required by state law.
• Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work independently.

Responsibilities

Plumber Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to determine best plumbing layouts for installation, collaborating with other professionals as needed
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes and other plumbing fixtures in both commercial and residential facilities
• Fit and repair various household appliances
• Answer calls for plumbing emergencies, fixing issues as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Inspect plumbing for code compliance and safety issues
• Prepare estimates for client needs
• Maintain a record of time spent working, including tasks completed and supplies used

Plumber Requirements

• Carry your own general liability, auto and workers comp insurances
