This subcontractor role requires reading blueprints, meeting project specifications, and coordinating with estimating and operations teams while maintaining safety and quality workmanship on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years professional painting experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and plans.
• Knowledge of commercial construction practices.
• Own tools and insured truck or van.
• Workers’ Comp & General Liability Insurance
• Auto & disability insurance
• OSHA 10 certification is required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team

What You’ll Do

• Paint as per plans

• Cut, shape, assemble, and install wood and other building materials

• Complete daily logs and project updates
