Job summary

re:fab is onboarding licensed electricians for a commercial project in the Rehoboth Beach, DE area and expanding its subcontractor network.

We seek experienced electricians who carry required insurances and hold valid state licenses, with a focus on reliability and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Hold general liability, auto and workers' comp insurance.
• Minimum 2 years of electrician experience.
• Valid electrician license as required by state law.
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good physical dexterity and ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to determine best electrical layouts for installation, collaborating with other professionals as needed.
• Install, repair, and maintain electric fixtures in commercial facilities.
• Inspect electrical installations for code compliance and safety issues.
• Prepare estimates for client needs.
• Maintain a record of time spent working, including tasks completed and supplies used.
