Mr. Rooter Plumbing in Southeast Michigan is seeking experienced Drain Cleaning Technicians and motivated learners to join our fast-growing local team.

You’ll perform residential drain cleaning, handle minor repairs, diagnose issues, and clearly explain solutions to customers while delivering top-tier service. Top performers can earn substantial compensation, including a take-home company vehicle and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, sewer, drain cleaning, or a related mechanical trade is preferred—but not required.
• A candidate who demonstrates mechanical aptitude, dependability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with coworkers, dispatchers, managers, and other members of the team.
• A self-motivated person with a positive, professional attitude.
• Pride in delivering clean, high-quality work.
• The ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities effectively.
• A valid driver’s license with fewer than six points preferred.
