Primary Responsibilities: The Service Plumber/Plumbing Technician position will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and ensure desired positive results. Service Plumbers/Plumbing Technicians will be expected to hold themselves accountable for professional conduct and knowledge in Plumbing to win new referrals and repeat business.

What you will Do:

1. Respond to dispatches from primary office
2. Travel to customers’ homes & businesses to diagnose & troubleshoot plumbing systems, repairs, etc.
3. Identify & communicate plumbing issue(s) with customers
4. Document work performed by following company procedure using Service Titan.
5. Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
6. Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform plumbing services
7. Strong residential and business service experience and strong troubleshooting skills
8. All Water Heater replacement and repair
9. All Fixture Replacement (Faucets, Tubs, Toilets etc.)
10. Competent use of conventional sewer machines
11. Drain Cleaning

What you Need:

1. At least 3 years of experience in residential plumbing service & repair for single-family homes.
2. Knowledge of Service Titan expected but not required; possible training for the right candidate
3. Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
4. Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
5. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
6. Strong work ethic, coachable, and willingness to grow
7. Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
8. Attention to detail, diligent and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
9. Available to work on-call and respond immediately to plumbing emergencies
10. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet auto insurance guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle
11. Eligible to legally work in the United States
12. Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check.

14. Ability to commute/relocate

2. Hand tools: 1 year (Required)
3. Power tools: 1 year (Required)
4. Valid driver’s license (Required)
5. Experience with Service Titan (Preferred) or equivalent (Required)
6. Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, On call, Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay, Commission pay

Hourly pay: $18.00 - $25.00 Per hour

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.
