Job summary

Accentuin, LLC. is seeking a Plumber Sales Representative to build strong referral partnerships with plumbing companies and their techs, turning them into a steady stream of mitigation jobs.

You will visit plumbing shops weekly, conduct lunch-and-learns, and educate partners on our 24/7 emergency response and insurance claim process. The role requires 2+ years in outside sales and a valid driver's license, with a base salary plus commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales, account management or route sales; plumbing, restoration or trades experience preferred.
• Comfortable cold-calling and walking into shops and job sites.
• Builds trust easily with tradespeople; speaks their language.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow referral relationships with plumbing company owners, service managers, dispatchers and field technicians
• Make face-to-face visits to plumbing shops every week, shop meetings and tech huddles
• Prospect and sign new plumbing companies as referral partners
• Educate plumbers on our process: 24/7 emergency response, insurance claims and how we protect their customers
• Run lunch-and-learns, donut drops and appreciation events for plumbing partners
• Respond quickly to referred calls and make sure every referral gets handed to the mitigation team right away
• Follow up with plumbers after each job so they know how their customer was taken care of
• Track visits, referrals and revenue by partner
• Represent the company at plumbing supply houses, trade associations and industry events
• Hit monthly targets for new plumbing partners, referred jobs and referred revenue

Plumbers are the first people to see most water losses. Your job is to make sure that when a plumber fixes a burst pipe or a leaking water heater, we're the restoration company they call. You build and grow relationships with plumbing companies and their techs, and turn them into a steady flow of mitigation jobs.

• IICRC WRT certification (or willingness to earn it)
