Job summary

Construction Professionals, Inc. is seeking a career-driven Full-Time Plumber's Assistant with 0–3 years of experience to support licensed plumbers on commercial projects. You will help with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, and participate in jobsite organization and safety compliance.

The role offers hourly pay starting at $20–$26, with on-site work in commercial facilities and opportunities to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and customer site requirements.
• 0–3 years experience in a construction, electrical or trade-related role.
• Previous construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, and equipment.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install pipe and plumbing components under supervision.
• Read blueprints, plumbing drawings, specifications, and isometric diagrams.
• Support plumbers during troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Assist with testing plumbing systems and equipment using appropriate tools and testing devices.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable plumbing codes.
• Complete assigned work accurately while following direction from supervisors and licensed plumbers.
• Gather, stage, transport, organize, and properly store tools, materials, and equipment at job sites.
• Travel to project locations as required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
