Job summary

Redmond's Complete Comfort is seeking an experienced plumber for residential service in Central PA, including State College/Lock Haven areas. You will perform installation, service, and maintenance of plumbing and hot water systems, with radiant heat work and heat pump/heater tasks as needed.

You will mentor apprentices and work with a supportive team in a safety‑driven environment. The role offers a take‑home vehicle with gas, a performance‑based bonus structure, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience.
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to mentor and train apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain plumbing and hot water systems.
• Perform radiant heat service and water heaters (tank & tankless).
• Handle small re-pipe tasks; not full-home re-pipes.
• Supervise apprentices and complete tasks independently.

Job description

Plumber - Residential Service | $24.00 - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule Options: 5-day, 8-hour shift | 4-day, 10-hour shift | overtime as required

Position Overview:

• Primarily residential service plumbing


• Responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of plumbing systems and hot water heating systems.


• Radiant Heat service


• Installing hot water heaters tank & tankless, indirect hot water boilers, water filtration, sump pumps, garbage disposals etc.


• Some small re-pipe work, no full home re-pipes


• Performing advanced plumbing tasks, including the maintenance, repair, and servicing of a wide range of fixtures and equipment.


• Independent execution of routine maintenance and repair work, as well as the supervision and training of apprentices.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record


• 2 + years of service plumbing experience


• Residential Plumbing experience

• Prior supervisory experience


• Journeyman or Master Plumber PA license desired
