Job summary

Super Service Today in Danvers, MA is hiring a plumbing technician to join a team that prides itself on quality service and customer care.

You will diagnose and repair plumbing, gas, and heating systems, install high-efficiency water heaters, and present long-term solutions to clients while following company policies and delivering excellent workmanship.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma and at least four years of experience, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple technical tasks with periodic upskilling.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Be thorough in inspections and accurate in quoting work.
• Must be able to load/unload heavy objects and arrive on time.
• Work hard, smart, and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• General plumbing service, repairs, and installations for residential and light commercial.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, gas, and heating systems.
• Provide options to clients for long-term solutions.
• Service, repair, and install components of plumbing and heating systems.
• Install high-efficiency hot water systems.
• Install and service steam heating systems.
• Install high-efficiency on-demand tankless water heaters.
• Rough and finish drains, vents, and hot/cold water lines per local codes.
