Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspects, installs, repairs, and replaces pipes, fittings and plumbing fixtures; maintain steam and gas systems.
• Repairs, tests, troubleshoots steam systems and connections for high‑pressure systems; ensure safety.
• Maintain medical gas systems and outlets; troubleshoot and repair as needed.
• Operate plumbing tools and equipment including snakes, thread machines, torches, and wrenches.
• Keep records of work, estimate materials, and report hours on work orders.
