Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on commercial, industrial, and residential plumbing work experience under a licensed master plumber.
• Knowledge of Maintenance Management Work Order System such as Maximus.
• Ability to work effectively in a service-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform installations, modifications, maintenance, and repairs for the university plumbing system.
• Troubleshoot plumbing systems and manage repair procedures.
• Comply with additional health and vaccination requirements in University Vivarium laboratories.
