Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, supervise and direct plumbing installation, maintenance and repair.
• Assist with installation, operation and maintenance of plumbing and sewage disposal systems.
• Review and approve requisitions; prepare specifications for materials and/or replacement.
• Repair/replace underground piping, chill water, hot water heating, water mains and sewers; pipe weld and fit piping.
• Undertake general construction plumbing tasks including roughing, setting fixtures and minor repairs.
