Job summary

Duluth, GA-based Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Plumber II to diagnose, service, and install plumbing in residential and light-commercial environments under minimal supervision. Holds plumbing and/or gas license as required by regulations and ensures code compliance.

With 4+ years of plumbing experience, you will read blueprints, install pipe assemblies, inspect for leaks, and mentor helpers while delivering top customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with on-the-job and formal classroom training in plumbing work.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Current knowledge of national/state/local plumbing code regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
• Maintains and repairs plumbing systems carrying water, steam, chemicals and fuel in heating, cooling, lubricating and other process piping systems...
• Installs pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks or toilets, using hand or power tools.
• Inspects blueprints, building codes, or specifications to determine work details or procedures.
• Directs helpers engaged in pipe cutting, preassembly, or installation of plumbing systems or components.
• Maintains current plumbing license and follows procedures for vehicle stocking and warranty parts.
