Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a skilled Plumber Level I to join our HVAC and Plumbing team. You will perform a wide range of plumbing duties including installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations, strong problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills. Responsibilities include inspecting systems, interpreting blueprints, coordinating with clients and contractors, estimating materials and labor, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship preferred.
• Proven experience as a Plumber Helper or Apprentice or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify and diagnose issues or defects.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan plumbing layouts and installations.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to discuss project requirements and timelines.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for plumbing projects.
• Carry out installations and repairs of plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior plumbers and helpers.
