The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and conducting routine inspections to prevent future problems. Additionally, this role requires collaboration with other maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely project completion and high-quality service delivery. Ultimately, the Plumber-HVAC Tech contributes significantly to tenant satisfaction and the overall value of our properties.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid plumbing and HVAC technician license.
