Job summary

Ressler and Mateer, based in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a Plumbing Apprentice to work side-by-side with a Plumbing Foreman on installing and repairing plumbing systems. The Apprentice will perform basic plumbing tasks under supervision and receive on-the-job training to grow skills in a hands-on environment, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.

Strong candidates will have 2–4 years of experience in new construction plumbing and possess a valid driver's license and clean

• 2-4 years of experience in new construction plumbing.
• Ability to correctly and safely operate hand and power tools.
• Proficient mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ressler and Mateer is seeking a Plumbing Apprentice to work side-by-side to assist a Plumbing Foreman with installing and repairing plumbing systems. The Apprentice will be expected to perform basic plumbing tasks independently under the supervision of a plumbing foreman. This role receives on the job training from the assigned foreman to increase their knowledge and skill in the trade as they work daily in a hands-on environment.
