Job summary

Waste Resource Management, Inc. (WRM) is hiring a Plumber Apprentice in San Antonio, TX. You will work under a licensed plumber to perform full-service plumbing, construction, installation, and repair while learning the trade through on-the-job training and classroom instruction.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance with codes, and progressive skill development with opportunities across WRM and affiliated companies in wastewater operations and environmental services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn the plumbing trade and undergo training.

Responsibilities

• Assist plumbing operations with installs, repairs, replacements, and maintenance of liquid waste, air, and gas lines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensure company vehicles and equipment are serviced and in good condition.
• Assist plumbers to assemble and install valves and pipe fittings.
• Repair and maintain valves, faucets, traps, sinks, and related fixtures.
• Work in confined spaces following safety protocols; training provided.
