Culligan is hiring a Service Technician to join our Northern Virginia team. The role focuses on diagnosing water quality issues, repairing water treatment systems, and installing new equipment.

You will educate customers on system use, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Service for exceptional service. Training is provided through a structured onboarding program, with full benefits after 60 days and a comprehensive schedule offering 4-day, 10-hour shifts option.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift 80 lbs.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• Enjoy working with their hands
• Are naturally handy or mechanically inclined
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Can lift 80 lbs
• Preferably have mechanical or plumbing skills (not required)
• Do not need a college degree
• Covering the Northern Virginia Market

Schedule Options

We offer flexibility to fit your lifestyle:

• 8-hour shift, 5 days per week
• Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday
• Optional 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
