Culligan is seeking a Service Technician in Virginia to diagnose, repair, and install water treatment systems. You’ll learn a skilled trade through our structured onboarding program and earn long-term earning potential with a trusted brand.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose customer water quality issues
• Repair water conditioning, drinking water, and related equipment
• Install new water treatment systems
• Educate customers on system use and care
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to ensure exceptional service
• Receive formal training to prepare you for a successful technical career
• Use (optional) plumbing or mechanical experience to support daily work

Schedule Options

We offer flexibility to fit your lifestyle:

• 8-hour shift, 5 days per week
• Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday
• Optional 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
• Variable start times available
