Job summary

U.S. Water Culligan Group is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair water treatment systems. You will install equipment, educate customers on usage, and build lasting relationships while working with a trusted brand.

Training is provided through a comprehensive onboarding program and a generous benefits package. The role offers daily on-site work with opportunities for advancement and a competitive pay structure including bonuses and commission-like incentives.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working with their hands.
• Are naturally handy or mechanically inclined.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Can lift 80 lbs.
• Preferably have mechanical or plumbing skills (not required).
• Do not need a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose customer water quality issues.
• Repair water conditioning, drinking water, and related equipment.

Schedule Options

• 8-hour shift, 5 days per week
• Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday
• Optional 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
• Variable start times available
• On-call rotation
