A Day in the Life of an Apprentice

• Start the day by going over service work and loading the truck for the day's work.
• Assist with product deliveries, services, or installations to homes and businesses while learning efficient service practices.
• Support customer interactions and learn how to handle concerns professionally.
• Follow safety protocols, reinforced through manager coaching.
• Shadow repairs and equipment installs, gaining hands-on experience with manager support.
• Assist on larger jobs and team installs, always with guidance nearby.
• Learn to care for tools, vehicles, and equipment with help from experienced techs.
