The U.S. Water Culligan Group in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Service Technician. No degree or prior plumbing experience is required, with full training through our onboarding program and full benefits after 60 days.

You’ll diagnose and repair water treatment equipment, install systems, and educate customers while building lasting relationships. Flexible shifts and strong earning potential with bonuses and growth opportunities exist.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• Enjoy working with their hands


• Are naturally handy or mechanically inclined


• Have a valid driver’s license


• Can lift 80 lbs


• Preferably have mechanical or plumbing skills (not required)


• Do not need a college degree

Schedule Options

We offer flexibility to fit your lifestyle:

• 8-hour shift, 5 days per week


• Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday


• Optional 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week


• Variable start times available


• On-call rotation


• Overtime available
