Job summary

The U.S. Water Culligan Group in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Service Technician. If you’re mechanically inclined, you’ll receive full training through our onboarding program and begin a stable, long‑term, high‑earning career in water treatment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose customer water quality issues.
• Repair water conditioning, drinking water, and related equipment.
• Install new water treatment systems.
• Educate customers on system use and care.
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to ensure exceptional service.
• Receive formal training to prepare you for a successful technical career.
• Use plumbing or mechanical experience to support daily work.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• Enjoy working with their hands


• Are naturally handy or mechanically inclined


• Have a valid driver’s license


• Can lift 80 lbs


• Preferably have mechanical or plumbing skills (not required)

Schedule Options

We offer flexibility to fit your lifestyle:

• 8-hour shift, 5 days per week


• Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday


• Optional 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
