Job summary

Culligan is hiring a Service Technician in the United States. You will receive structured onboarding and full benefits after 60 days, with no degree or prior plumbing experience required.

The role offers a mix of hands-on mechanical work and customer interaction, with opportunities for advancement and bonuses. You will diagnose water quality issues, install and maintain water treatment systems, and educate customers while building strong relationships with clients and collaborating with Sales

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• Enjoy working with their hands
• Are naturally handy or mechanically inclined
• Have a valid driver's license
• Can lift 80 lbs
• Preferably have mechanical or plumbing skills (not required)

Schedule Options

We offer flexibility to fit your lifestyle:

• 8-hour shift, 5 days per week
• Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday
• Optional 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
