Job summary

The U.S. Water Culligan Group is hiring a Culligan Service Technician to diagnose and repair water conditioning systems and install new equipment on customer sites. You will educate customers on proper system use and care, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work with your hands and learn a skilled trade.
• Mechanical or plumbing aptitude is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• Enjoy working with their hands
• Are naturally handy or mechanically inclined
• Have a valid driver's license
• Can lift 80 lbs
• Preferably have mechanical or plumbing skills (not required)
• Do not need a college degree

Schedule Options

We offer flexibility to fit your lifestyle:

• 8-hour shift, 5 days per week
• Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday
• Optional 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
• Variable start times available
• On-call rotation
• Overtime available

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (A Day in the Life)

You will:

• Analyze and diagnose customer water quality issues
• Repair water conditioning, drinking water, and related equipment
• Install new water treatment systems
• Educate customers on system use and care
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to ensure exceptional service
• Receive formal training to prepare you for a successful technical career
• Use (optional) plumbing or mechanical experience to support daily work
