Ability to install and repair water heaters, water coolers, pumps and other equipment. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Ability to read and follow instructions. Ability to communicate orally and in writing. Ability to use tools of the trade. Ability to work as an effective team member. Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs. Ability to operate power pipe cutting and threading machines.
