Job summary

Edge Plumbing llc is seeking a licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber to join our established Wisconsin team. This strictly technical role emphasizes craftsmanship with no sales or commissions, and we provide all tools and a stable professional environment.

You will install, repair, and remodel plumbing for both residential and commercial projects, read blueprints and codes, and communicate clearly with clients while upholding our reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

Position Overview

This is a strictly technical role. We believe our plumbers should focus on their trade, not a sales pitch; therefore, this position involves no sales or commission-based requirements. We provide all necessary tools and equipment to ensure you can perform your duties to the highest industry standards. Key Responsibilities Execute plumbing installations, repairs, and remodeling for diverse residential and commercial projects. Interpret blueprints and building codes to ensure all work is compliant. Provide professional communication to clients, explaining technical issues and solutions clearly. Collaborate with the team to maintain Edge Plumbing's reputation for excellence and integrity.

Compensation & Premium Benefits

Hourly Wage: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour. Work-Life Balance: Local projects only; home every night with no overnight travel. No on-call nights or weekends.
