PGA, Inc., a respected and growing contractor in plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, and excavation services, is seeking a Wisconsin-licensed Journeyman Plumber for full-time, year-round local work based in Weston, Wisconsin. Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems for commercial new construction and remodeling projects
• Read and interpret blueprints to lay out piping, fixtures, sleeves, and penetrations
• Measure, cut, thread, solder, and join PVC, CPVC, PEX, copper, and gas piping
• Independently complete assigned projects from initial layout through final installation
• Ensure all installations comply with Wisconsin plumbing codes, approved plans, and company quality standards
• Coordinate work with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
• Plan material needs and maintain an organized truck inventory
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems as needed
• Perform residential septic installation when applicable
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work area

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber license
• At least five years of construction plumbing experience
• Ability to read blueprints and complete accurate plumbing layouts
• Experience with residential or commercial new construction and remodeling
• Proficiency with PVC, CPVC, PEX, copper, and gas piping systems
• Ability to manage assigned work independently and efficiently
• Strong commitment to safety, code compliance, and quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license
• Preferred: Experience with residential septic installation
• Preferred: Experience working on both residential and commercial projects
• Preferred: Ability to coordinate plumbing work with multiple construction trades

Compensation

$42.00-$45.00 per hour, based on experience. Full-time, year-round employment. Day shift, Monday-Friday schedule. Projects are primarily within a 40-mile radius of Weston, WI, with no extensive travel required.
